Looking for a faster and more secure alternative to your OEM fuel cap? Whether you're riding on track or on the road, quick refuelling and absolute confidence that the fuel cap stays securely closed are essential. That's exactly why PP Tuning developed this new-generation Quick Release Fuel Cap for Aprilia motorcycles.
The latest design features a quarter-turn quick-release mechanism combined with a positive safety locking system. Once closed, the cap clicks firmly into position, providing both tactile and audible confirmation that it is correctly locked. This significantly reduces the risk of accidental opening during road riding or under extreme racing conditions.
Compared with a conventional screw-type fuel cap, the quick-release mechanism allows much faster opening and closing. Refuelling becomes quicker, smoother and more convenient, whether during a pit stop, a track day or everyday riding.
Sealing is provided by two Viton® O-rings offering excellent resistance to petrol, ethanol and other automotive fluids. A precision CNC-machined vent passage ensures proper fuel tank ventilation.
The complete assembly is CNC machined from high-strength EN AW 6082 aluminium alloy. Hard black anodising provides excellent wear resistance, while laser marking guarantees long-lasting identification and a premium finish.
Developed from PP Tuning's experience in motorcycle racing, this Quick Release Fuel Cap combines reliability, lightweight construction and premium machining for demanding riders.
