This version of the PP Tuning RACE CONCEPT rear set for BMW S 1000 RR (2019–) is aimed at riders who want a cleaner, more technical solution with a stronger focus on sport and circuit use. The set supports both OEM and reverse / GP shift, but unlike the other version, the shifter does not work through the side stand bracket. Instead, the side stand is removed completely and the shifter is mounted into a dedicated machined insert included in the kit. That is exactly what gives this version a different character. The bike moves further away from the stock arrangement and closer to a more focused sport or track setup. Compared with the original footpegs, it offers wider adjustability, firmer support and very clean mechanical response without unnecessary compromise. The result is a more precise connection to the bike under heavy braking, in fast direction changes and when driving out of corners. As with the other version, OEM quickshifter function remains fully retained, with no extra changes or parts required. Both brake and shift levers run on sealed Ø22 mm ball bearings, the construction uses high-strength EN AW-7075 T6 alloy and the whole system is optimised for low weight and high stiffness. The rear set remains compatible with the brake light, uses a race anti-slip footpeg profile, includes the quick-change concept used in EWC and allows colour personalisation. Immediate spare-parts availability and the Unbreakable Guarantee are standard. The design is validated through real-world racing experience.
