The rear set Kawasaki ZX-6R / ZX636 (2019–) is developed for a modern supersport platform where accuracy, stability and rider feedback are essential. The design focuses on firm foot support and predictable control during sporty road riding. Designed for standard (OEM) shift configuration, this rear set preserves the original control logic of the motorcycle. Compared to stock foot controls, it offers a more focused riding position, clearer lever feedback and the ability to fine-tune ergonomics without compromising rigidity. Component geometry is created using load calculations and structural simulations in ANSYS software. This development process ensures high mechanical strength while maintaining controlled weight, contributing to stable handling. The concept is based on experience gained in professional racing environments, including World Superbike, IDM, Isle of Man TT and Endurance 24h Le Mans.
