This PP Tuning rear set for Yamaha R1 (2020–) is intended for riders who want a cleaner, more sport-focused arrangement without retaining the side stand. The set supports both standard and reverse shift and is aimed at bikes used mainly for fast road riding, trackdays or more serious sport builds that move one step closer to a dedicated circuit setup without yet becoming a full endurance-spec machine. The shift lever mounts in place of the side stand, which must be removed. A dedicated spacer block is included in the kit, and the shift lever mounts to that block. This creates a more compact and more clearly performance-oriented solution than the version that keeps the side stand in place. Compared with the stock footpeg setup, the kit delivers firmer support, cleaner rider movement and more confidence when the R1 is being pushed harder. This version suits riders who want a tidier and more purposeful sport setup, with the choice of shift pattern, but no need to keep the side stand.
