The PP Tuning PURE CONCEPT rear set for Yamaha XSR 900 GP (2022–) is designed for riders who want to work on riding position in detail rather than being locked into a single sporty layout with limited room for adjustment. On the XSR 900 GP, ergonomics make a real difference because the combination of clip-ons, a more committed rider triangle and the lively CP3 triple changes the way the bike feels far more than many riders expect. If the goal is to feel planted on fast road rides and still comfortable moving around the bike at trackday pace, setup matters. PURE CONCEPT is built around that need for wide, meaningful adjustment. The system uses 3 adjustment circles and offers 34 possible positions, allowing the footpeg location to be tuned around rider height, leg length, boot size and intended use. It does not only cover the usual move up and back, but also gives the option to go forward and lower, which is especially valuable for riders who do not naturally fit into the typical “one direction only” aftermarket sports setup. The set works with both standard and reverse shift and remains fully compatible with the stock brake sensor and Quickshifter. The levers run on sealed Ø22 mm ball bearings, lever position can be adjusted to suit boot size, and the whole system is made from hardened 7075 T6 aluminium with a hard anodised finish. With ANSYS-optimised weight relief built into the design, this is a rear set that goes beyond appearance or spec-sheet appeal and delivers a real improvement in bike control, confidence at lean and overall comfort in sporty riding.
