The RACE CONCEPT rear set for the Yamaha R6 (2003-2005) in reverse / GP shift configuration is aimed at riders who want to give this lightweight 600 a sharper and cleaner control feel for fast road riding and track use. On this R6 generation, footwork and lower-body support matter a great deal because the bike rewards line accuracy, timing and strong connection on corner entry and exit. GP shift makes particular sense here for riders who want a more natural foot movement at speed and a cleaner shifting pattern at lean. Combined with multi-position peg mounting and independently adjustable control lever length, the set gives much more freedom to tune the bike around riding style, boot size and the need for a more committed stance. The technical base follows the RACE CONCEPT formula: CNC machining from high-strength EN AW-7075 T6 aluminium alloy, sealed Ø 22 mm ball bearings in the control levers, hard anodised finish, laser marking and a race-style anti-slip peg profile proven in EWC / 24h Le Mans conditions.
