A faster rear wheel change without juggling loose parts During a conventional rear wheel change, removing the spindle is rarely the most difficult part. The real delay comes when the wheel has to be refitted while holding the wheel spacers, rear brake caliper carrier, chain and wheel in the correct position and guiding the brake disc between the pads. The complete PP Tuning EWC kit for the Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660 (2021–) combines all the essential components into one purpose-built system. It includes precision chain adjusters, a rear brake caliper carrier, captive rear wheel spacers and a wheel guide rail. The captive spacers stay in the wheel instead of dropping out during handling. The caliper carrier remains correctly positioned after the rear wheel has been removed, while the guide rail helps lead the wheel back into the swingarm. This makes it easier to guide the brake disc between the pads and align the wheel spindle without repeatedly lifting, tilting and repositioning the wheel. The precision chain adjusters also provide controlled, repeatable adjustment of chain tension and rear wheel alignment.
